Your club's merch, no cost, no stock

If you run a historical fencing club, we can create and sell apparel with your logo here. You send us the logo and pick the colour; we prepare the design, publish the products and take care of orders, payments, shipping and returns. It's all free for the club.

How it works

  1. Email us

    The club's legal representative, or someone they authorise, writes to shop@sword.academy from the club's official address with the club name, the logo (vector or high-resolution PNG), the shirt colour and any motto, confirming they have read and accepted the terms for clubs.

  2. We prepare the design

    We lay out the logo and the club name and send you a preview of each product.

  3. You approve it

    A reply by email is all it takes: we only publish what you have approved.

  4. It goes live

    The products appear on your club's page. Members, students and friends order online; every piece is printed on demand and shipped to their door, anywhere in Europe.

Good to know

  • Free for the club, and no earnings: the club pays nothing and receives no fees or share of sales.
  • Only apparel with the club's logo, its name and, if you like, its motto or mascot. No third-party brands or artwork.
  • The service is for historical fencing clubs.
  • The logo stays yours: you let us use it free of charge on these products until they are removed. You can ask for removal at any time: we take the products down within 14 days, and orders already received are still fulfilled.
  • You start with up to 3 products, one colour each.
  • Your club page is public; if you prefer, it can be reachable by link only, left out of the club list and search engines.
  • We are the seller: Sword Academy SSD sells the products and answers to customers for payments, shipping, returns and guarantees.
