1. Seller
Sword Academy SSD, an Italian amateur sports club (Società Sportiva Dilettantistica) operating under Law 398/91. Email: shop@sword.academy.
2. Products
All products are made to order via Printful, Inc. Images are indicative. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations.
Some products carry the logo of a club or sports association (“club”) and are grouped on its page, in the Clubs section. The logo belongs to the club, which licenses it to Sword Academy SSD for those products until they are removed from the store. Removal does not affect orders already received, which we fulfil as normal, or your withdrawal, return and guarantee rights on them. The seller is always Sword Academy SSD: the club is not a party to the sales contract and receives no compensation from sales.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are in Euros and include Italian VAT at 22% where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe Checkout.
5. Shipping
Products are made to order: carrier delivery time is added to production time. Detailed per-destination estimates are listed on our Shipping page. All times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Legal Guarantee
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason, under Art. 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). Products must be returned unused and in original condition; the direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
The mandatory 24-month legal guarantee of conformity (Art. 128 ff. of the Consumer Code) also applies to defective or non-conforming products. Full procedures, timing and refunds are described in our Return Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sword Academy SSD is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or third parties (carriers, Printful). Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. The courts of Como have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes with non-consumer customers. For consumers, mandatory jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
