1. Made to order
All HemaMerch products are made to order by Printful Inc. We do not hold physical stock. Each item is produced exclusively after an order is received.
2. Production times
Average production time is 2–7 business days from payment confirmation, depending on the product and order volume.
3. Shipping and delivery times

4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the delivery in real time on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of the order.
6. Customs and taxes
For shipments within the European Union, VAT is included in the product price. For extra-EU shipments, any customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at shop@sword.academy with your order number and photographs of the damage (if applicable). We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
8. Undeliverable addresses
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer and is returned to sender, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Always double-check your address before completing your order.
